Just to clarify re: endorsements on this blog: If I don’t mention that I paid for something, I didn’t pay for it. Unless I paid for it and I don’t remember to mention it. Am I technically unethical? Duh. At least in the sense that I don’t really give a fuck if you think I’m pawning something off on you or not. Get a clue. That’s how people monetize their brands. Have you ever watched television and noticed that there’s a break about every seven minutes that is filled with what people refer to as “advertising”? It’s what makes shit possible.

That being said, I will never purposefully try and trick someone in to clicking on a link or buying something that I have stock in unless I’m really blatant about it. I actually have more faith that my readers would buy products if there was an incentive for me than if there wasn’t because well, my readers don’t like to see me make faces like this: =(. Also, I’m pretty no bullshit. If I hated something, I would tell you that I was saying I liked it because it’s paying my bills. If I love something, I will say I love it for that reason.
