Steven has aquired autotune technology on his computer piece and so we’re going to do a really deep, really serious cover of this song in the bathroom at work over the next couple of weeks. He wants to do some Busta Rhymes song, but I’ve told him that I think this is more meme-worthy and also a really deep cultural statement. I had a moment with this song tonight that can most certainly be blamed on the Patron, but I still think that this is the jam of the future and in 20 years my kids will hurt my ears by playing this ironically over Thanksgiving break like I did when I was 14 with that song “Pass the Dutchie” over and over and over again. That’s what I think. Feel free to disagree.

That being said, I hope my kids have their shit together better than me when they are my age, but that’s the kinda thing that comes with time or whatever.
